All refund, replacement, and cancellation requests are subject to verification and approval by Ancestra Wellness. Refunds and replacements will only be provided in accordance with our Refund & Replacement Policy. Claims arising from misuse, improper handling, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications are not eligible. Ancestra Wellness reserves the right to accept or reject any claim at its sole discretion.

Refund Policy - 

At Ancestra Wellness, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to deliver high-quality products and ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Replacement Eligibility

We offer a replacement for products that are:

  • Damaged during transit

  • Defective due to manufacturing issues

  • Incorrect items received

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by providing clear photographs or videos of the product and packaging.

Replacement Process

After reviewing the claim, our team may approve a replacement. Approved replacements will be shipped at no additional cost to the customer.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be considered only in the following cases:

  • The ordered product is unavailable and cannot be shipped.

  • A replacement is not possible for a damaged or defective product.

  • The order is cancelled before it has been dispatched.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper handling.

  • Normal wear and tear of consumable parts such as filters and cartridges.

  • Products returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.

  • Change of mind after the product has been delivered.
